A native to Colorado, Avery graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor’s in Human Development and Family Studies. Since graduating, she has moved to Denver and pursued a career in healthcare, specifically functional medicine. After working with Functional Recovery & Enhancement, a functional medicine start-up, she has found her home at F8 Well Centers, where she is passionate about being part of our patient’s health journeys!
In her free time, Avery enjoys spending time with her wonderful family and friends, and exploring the beautiful state she calls home via hiking, snowboarding, or walking around the city. She also believes continuous learning is an important part of life, so on rainy days she spends time learning a new language, expressing herself through art, and reading any book she can get her hands on!
Avery is so excited to watch The Galyardt Method work it’s magic and help our patients get their lives back. She hopes to one day continue her education in Integral Health and possibly become a practitioner of her own!
